Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless experience for our clients. Your primary duties will include:
• Answering incoming calls and emails, and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing detailed information about our interior and exterior painting services for both commercial and residential properties.
• Scheduling appointments and consultations for our painting specialists and project managers.
• Liaising between clients and our operational teams to ensure clear communication regarding project timelines and requirements.
• Managing the client database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Handling and resolving any customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency to maintain client satisfaction.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including the preparation of quotes and follow-up communications.
• Proactively contacting clients after project completion to gather feedback and ensure their expectations have been met.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer support and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A client-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
• Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Experience within the trade or home services industry is advantageous but not essential.
