Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our company database.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Verify the accuracy of all entered data by comparing it to source documents.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
- Organise and file paperwork after data entry to ensure it is properly maintained.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Good command of English, both oral and written.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
