Murphy Painters, Inc., a reputable Florida-based painting company specialising in high-quality commercial and residential projects, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This full-time role will be based in Texas City, Texas, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing painting projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $45 - $55 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

* Plan, organise, and manage all phases of painting projects, from initial client consultation to final sign-off.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements are met.
* Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate with painting crews, and ensure deadlines are achieved.
* Oversee project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate on-site teams, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with our quality standards and safety regulations.
* Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for each project.
* Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the painting, decorating, or construction industry.
* Strong understanding of interior and exterior painting techniques, materials, and processes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively supervise on-site personnel.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
* Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
