Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing correspondence, phone calls, and welcoming visitors.
* Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
* Maintain and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, anticipating needs and placing orders as required.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and the wider team.
* Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
* Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members when necessary.
* Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure the office environment is well-maintained and professional.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an office administration, coordinator, or similar role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
