This is a Full-Time position available to candidates based in Utah or Tennessee, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that will guide our strategic decisions. You will be at the heart of our operations, helping us to understand key trends, identify opportunities for growth, and optimise our business processes. Responsibilities

* Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports.
* Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
* Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
* Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
* Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
* Collaborate with management to prioritise business and information needs.
* Create and present clear and compelling data visualisations and reports for various stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
* Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc.), and programming (Python, R, or XML/Javascript frameworks).
* Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
