We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This remote position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience that reflects our company's high standards.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
* Provide accurate and timely information regarding property listings, services, and general real estate queries.
* Professionally manage and resolve customer issues, complaints, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
* Assist real estate advisors with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and other administrative tasks.
* Maintain precise and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client journey.
* Uphold the brand values and service standards of Coldwell Banker Realty in every interaction.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or administrative role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer care.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* The ability to work independently and maintain high performance in a remote environment.
* Experience within the real estate industry is advantageous but not required.
