Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for the company, greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
* Maintain and organise both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible.
* Assist with the management of office supplies and inventory.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative assistant role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
