As the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and representing the high standards of our brand. This is a Full-Time position based in Tampa, Florida, United States, with a competitive salary of $26 - $39 USD per hour.
Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Operator, you will be responsible for managing real-time conversations with prospective clients visiting our website. Your primary goal is to provide helpful information and create a positive first impression that encourages clients to begin their wedding planning journey with us.
Key duties include:
• Engaging with potential clients via our live chat platform in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Providing accurate and detailed information about our wedding planning packages, services, and pricing.
• Answering enquiries regarding our process, availability, and what sets our company apart.
• Understanding client needs to qualify leads effectively for our wedding planning team.
• Scheduling initial consultations and appointments between clients and our event coordinators.
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all company services and offerings.
• Accurately documenting all client interactions and key information in our CRM system.

• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Proficiency in using standard computer software and online communication tools.
