Ready Contractors, a reputable construction company serving eastern North Carolina since 1969, is seeking a diligent and highly organised Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a Full-Time, remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $45 - $60 USD per hour. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. While this is a remote role, candidates based in the United States are required to facilitate collaboration.

Responsibilities

* Manage and organise calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
* Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
* Prepare, format, and edit reports, invoices, letters, and other documents.
* Organise and maintain digital files and records, ensuring information is easily accessible.
* Conduct online research to support various projects and business needs.
* Provide general administrative support to senior management and the wider team as required.
* Assist with client communication and follow-up tasks to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
* A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
* Experience within the construction industry or a related field is desirable but not essential.
* A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
