Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure
- Proficient in using customer service software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
