IT Niche provides end-to-end web design, web development, SEO, and digital marketing services for businesses aiming to strengthen their online presence. As a Remote Cashier, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, managing client payments and ensuring the smooth processing of all transactions related to our digital services. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, trustworthy, and possess excellent numerical skills to maintain accurate financial records in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

- Process incoming client payments for services such as web development, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on client invoices in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and reconcile transactions conducted through various online payment gateways.
- Maintain accurate and organised digital records of all transactions, invoices, and payments.
- Address and resolve client queries regarding billing and payment information with exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the project management and sales teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Identify and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for management review.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a cashier, accounts receivable, or a similar financial administration role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and online payment processing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage your own time, and stay self-motivated in a remote setting.
- A high level of integrity and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience working within a technology or digital marketing agency would be an advantage but is not essential.
