We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry professional. This is a full-time position based in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining company data, playing a crucial role in supporting our operational efficiency. The offered compensation for this role is between $45 - $55 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

 

• Accurately enter data from various sources, including customer orders, supplier invoices, and internal documents, into our company databases.
• Maintain and update existing records to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all information.
• Perform regular data verification and quality control checks to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
• Organise, sort, and compile data to prepare source documents for computer entry.
• Generate reports, retrieve data from the database, or perform electronic filing as requested.
• Uphold data confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar administrative position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with strong skills in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with data management systems and databases.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity and a professional approach to handling confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
