Responsibilities

* Lead the planning and implementation of various district-wide projects, including technology upgrades, curriculum roll-outs, and facility improvements.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the district's strategic objectives.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including school administrators, teaching staff, external vendors, and community members.
* Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular status updates to the district leadership team.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, meeting the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

* Proven working experience in project management, preferably within the education or public sector.
* Excellent understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Solid proficiency with project management software, such as MS Project or similar platforms.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
* Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification is highly desirable.
* A demonstrated ability to lead project teams and drive projects to successful completion.
