As we continue to grow, we are seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations in a fully remote environment.
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. This role involves managing schedules, organizing records, responding to emails, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and assisting with a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple responsibilities while working independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Answer and respond to emails and general inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic files and company records.
- Perform accurate data entry and document management.
- Create and edit reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate calendars and assist with scheduling.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Assist with internal projects and general office operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
