Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our English- and Spanish-speaking customers. In this role, you will assist customers with course information, registration, scheduling, account inquiries, and general support while ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and solution-oriented.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to remain calm and professional while assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
• Answer customer questions regarding CPR, First Aid, AED, and certification courses.
• Assist customers with course registration, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Help improve the overall customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail.
• Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
