Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and our website with professionalism and courtesy.
* Provide detailed information about our green cleaning services, pricing, and scheduling availability.
* Efficiently manage the booking and scheduling of cleaning appointments for our residential and commercial clients.
* Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome.
* Liaise with our cleaning staff to coordinate schedules and communicate specific client requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and appointment details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
* Process payments, manage billing enquiries, and assist with administrative tasks as required.
* Actively gather customer feedback to help our team continuously improve service quality.
