The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational and logistical aspects of our property transactions, ensuring a seamless process from initial client engagement to final closing. This role is critical for maintaining our high standards of client service and operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all logistical elements of the property sales process, including scheduling viewings, inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments.
• Serve as the central point of contact between our agents, clients, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure clear communication and timely progress.
• Oversee the preparation and management of all transaction-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient operational systems and processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Track critical deadlines and milestones for multiple transactions simultaneously, providing regular status updates to the team.
• Coordinate with vendors for property services such as photography, staging, and repairs to ensure properties are market-ready.
• Maintain the company’s client relationship management (CRM) system with up-to-date and accurate information.
• Prepare and analyse reports on transaction progress and team performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a logistics, operations coordination, or senior administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Strong IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
• A self-motivated and disciplined individual capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
• A strong understanding of the residential property transaction lifecycle is highly advantageous.
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
