Responsibilities

* Proactively contact potential residential and commercial clients via telephone and email to introduce our comprehensive roofing services.
* Clearly and professionally articulate the company's value proposition, including our free inspections, estimates, and 5-year workmanship guarantee.
* Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining if they are a suitable fit for our services.
* Successfully schedule appointments and consultations for our sales and assessment specialists.
* Maintain a detailed and organised record of all client interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
* Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
* Uphold the company's high standards of professionalism and customer service in all communications.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar sales development role.
* Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging telephone manner.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of calls.
* A self-motivated and target-driven individual with a resilient and positive attitude.
