Industrial Electrical Engineer (Mid-Level)

A leading cotton spinning and textile manufacturing company is seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Electrical Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of its manufacturing facility. The company operates a large-scale industrial plant where reliable electrical systems are critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Role Summary

We are looking for an Industrial Electrical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience and a solid hands-on background in industrial electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and minimizing production downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and oversee the installation of low, medium, and high-voltage electrical systems.

• Maintain and improve Power Quality & Backup systems.

• Manage and support PLC & SCADA systems.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and short circuits to minimize equipment downtime.

• Execute routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for heavy electrical assets.

Requirements

Must Have

• 3–5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Engineer or in a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Design & installation of low, medium, and high-voltage electrical systems.

  • Power quality and backup systems.

  • PLC & SCADA management.

  • Troubleshooting electrical faults and short circuits.

  • Preventive maintenance of heavy electrical assets.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
