We deliver comprehensive project management from concept to completion, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and ultimate client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a crucial link between our clients and our project teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support, managing communications, and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings with the utmost professionalism.
• Provide clients with timely and accurate updates regarding project timelines, progress, and key milestones.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, including project managers, designers, and construction teams, to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
• Meticulously maintain and update client records and communications within our company's CRM system.
• Gather and document client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
• Assist with scheduling client meetings, consultations, and site visits.
• Support the project management team with administrative tasks related to client accounts and project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

 

• Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or customer support role is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive and client-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest or prior experience in the construction, architecture, or design industry would be highly advantageous.
