Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai-based company specialising in trading and distribution across diverse product categories, is seeking a diligent and proactive Customer Sales Support Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be a vital link between our sales team and our valued clients, providing essential administrative support and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will play a key part in the efficiency of our sales operations and contribute directly to our continued growth.


Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 3,500 per month


Responsibilities


* Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance.

* Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to help them meet their targets.

* Maintain and update client records and sales data within the company's CRM system.

* Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain departments to ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of products.

* Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with a focus on achieving a satisfactory outcome.

* Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.

* Provide excellent after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships.


Qualifications


* Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

* Previous experience working with CRM software is highly desirable.

* A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.

* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
