This is a unique, fully remote role that combines the critical functions of data entry, customer service, and data analysis. **Key Responsibilities:**  
\* Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data within our company databases and systems.  
\* Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.  
\* Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional support via email and other digital channels.  
\* Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, striving to deliver outstanding service and satisfaction.  
\* Collect and analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.  
\* Prepare clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders.  
\* Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.  
  
**Qualifications:**  
\* Proven experience in a data entry, customer service, or data analyst role.  
\* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of accuracy.  
\* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
\* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.  
\* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.  
\* The ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.  
\* A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.  
\* Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools would be considered an advantage.
