Responsibilities

* Manage a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide detailed information about our products, services, and company policies.
* Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution.
* Maintain and update customer records in our company database with precision.
* Liaise with internal departments, such as logistics and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Gather and document customer feedback to help identify areas for improvement in our products and services.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, client support, or a similar position.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
* A patient and empathetic attitude towards customer needs.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A genuine interest in the health and wellness industry is highly desirable.
