This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 - $30.00 USD. Responsibilities

* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
* Handle incoming email and phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Organise and maintain digital files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and stored securely.
* Assist with data entry, database management, and the compilation of information for various projects.
* Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
* Support the planning and coordination of virtual team events and activities.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
* Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
