Seeking a chat support specialist to provide real-time assistance via live chat and messaging, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues through written communication. Ideal for quick typists with strong problem-solving skills.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and process orders.

- Manage 3–5 concurrent chat sessions while maintaining quality.

- Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

- Stay informed about company products and services.

 

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of customer service experience.

- Typing speed of 50+ WPM; strong written communication skills.

- Experience with CRM or live chat software.

- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace.

 

**Technical Requirements:**

- Windows PC or Mac, wired internet, USB headset, and webcam.

 

**Work Environment:**

- 100% remote, with full-time and part-time options, including paid virtual training.
