Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Assist customers with booking new reservations, amending existing bookings, and processing cancellations.
* Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our shuttle services, schedules, pricing, and policies.
* Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with patience and empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.
* Liaise effectively with our drivers and dispatch team to coordinate pickups and resolve any logistical challenges.
* Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our company database.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate feedback to the management team.
* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service or a client-facing role is essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in using computers, with confidence in navigating CRM systems and standard office software.
* Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
* A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently in a remote environment.
* Experience within the travel, transport, or hospitality industry is highly desirable but not required.
