**Logistics Operations Manager – Refrigerated Transport**  
  
**Job Overview**  
On behalf of a confidential client, a prominent organisation within the logistics sector, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead their refrigerated transport division. This is a **Full-Time** position based in **Jeddah, Saudi Arabia**. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cold chain logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, timely, and safe transportation of temperature-sensitive goods. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of fleet management, route optimisation, and the specific regulations governing refrigerated transport.

**Key Responsibilities**  
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the refrigerated transport fleet and associated logistics activities.  
- Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve service levels, and reduce costs.  
- Ensure strict adherence to all transportation, health, and safety regulations, with a particular focus on maintaining the integrity of the cold chain.  
- Oversee route planning, vehicle scheduling, and driver management to ensure optimal resource utilisation.  
- Monitor the performance and maintenance of the refrigerated vehicle fleet, coordinating repairs and servicing to minimise downtime.  
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.  
- Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and prepare regular reports for senior management.  
- Provide strong leadership, training, and development for the logistics team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.  
  
**Qualifications and Experience**  
- Proven experience in a senior logistics or supply chain role, with demonstrable expertise in refrigerated or cold chain transport.  
- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, fleet management, and the regulatory landscape in Saudi Arabia.  
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.  
- High proficiency in using logistics management software and transportation management systems (TMS).  
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.  
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
