Identiv, a global leader in digital security and identification technology, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This is a Part-Time position based in our Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience with our innovative products and services. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $38 USD, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
* Provide accurate information about Identiv's products, services, and solutions in a clear and professional manner.
* Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the relevant technical teams when necessary.
* Process customer orders, returns, and requests with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
* Actively gather and document customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
* Collaborate effectively with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
* Stay current with product knowledge and internal procedures to deliver the best possible support.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service or client support role is essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and logically.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.
* An interest in the technology or security sector would be a distinct advantage.
* Must be eligible to work in the United States.
