# Business Solution Partner

We are looking for an experienced **Business Solutions Partner** with strong expertise across **Hard & Soft Facility Management Services**.

The role will work closely with Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams to develop practical, competitive and commercially viable FM solutions.

**Key Requirements:**

- 5+ years' experience within **Facility Management**
- Strong knowledge of **Hard & Soft FM Services**
- Qatar/GCC FM experience preferred
- Experience in **FM operations, solutions, tenders, bids or estimation**
- Ability to review scopes of work and develop effective service delivery models
- Understanding of manpower planning, mobilisation and SLAs/KPIs
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Business or related discipline
