Realtor.com® is seeking a diligent and analytical **Remote Business Analyst** to join our dedicated team on a **full-time** basis. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the enhancement of our digital platforms, including our innovative My Home™ dashboard, by translating business needs into effective technical solutions. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of **$28.00 - $58.00 USD** , dependent on experience.  
  
**Responsibilities**  
  
\* Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders across the organisation.  
\* Translate complex business needs into clear, well-defined functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development teams.  
\* Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.  
\* Analyse and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.  
\* Support the project lifecycle by participating in planning, testing, and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.  
\* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications, and project reports.  
\* Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.  
  
**Qualifications**  
  
**Essential:**  
\* Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an agile, technology-focused environment.  
\* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.  
\* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.  
\* Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and creating detailed documentation.  
\* A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.  
  
**Desirable:**  
\* A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.  
\* Experience working within the real estate or property technology (PropTech) sector.  
\* Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL or business intelligence platforms.  
\* A professional certification in business analysis (e.g., BCS or IIBA).
