From concept and architectural planning to construction and interior design, our company delivers comprehensive project management with a focus on quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and client satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and organised Client Success Assistant to join our team on a Full-Time basis in United, Louisiana, United States. The ideal candidate will be a crucial support to our client management team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients from project inception to completion.

Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing regular project updates with professionalism and care.
* Assist Client Success Managers with administrative and organisational tasks to ensure projects run smoothly.
* Maintain and update client records, project documentation, and communication logs with a high degree of accuracy.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients, architects, designers, and the construction team.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials as required.
* Support the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and communicated effectively.
* Help to resolve any client issues promptly, escalating them to the appropriate team member when necessary.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or administrative support role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to client success.
* Experience in the construction, architecture, or design industry is desirable but not essential.
