Zayani Motors is seeking a dedicated and professional CRM Representative to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships across our diversified industries, including automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate. Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Manage and maintain customer data within our CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive.
* Develop and implement strategies to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
* Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for service improvement and business development.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to customer engagement.
* Generate regular reports on CRM activities, customer interactions, and key performance metrics.
* Proactively communicate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and to gather valuable feedback.
* Assist in the onboarding of new clients, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a CRM, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
* Strong proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to solve problems effectively.
* Exceptional organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
