# Facilities Management Supervisor

## Job Summary

The Facilities Management Supervisor will supervise technical teams and day-to-day **electromechanical maintenance activities** , ensuring safe and effective operation and maintenance of building systems.

## Key Responsibilities

- Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities.

- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.

- Allocate work and monitor technical team performance.

- Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.

- Coordinate with Facilities Engineers and Managers.

- Evaluate individual and team performance.

## Requirements

- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree preferred; or relevant technical qualification.

- For technical qualification holders, minimum **10 years' total experience**.

- **3 years' experience within schools and kindergartens.**

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.

- Previous supervisory experience on similar-sized projects.

- Strong team leadership and communication skills.

- Microsoft Office proficiency.

- **Arabic and English bilingual capability required for this recruitment.**
