Job Summary

The QHSE Officer / Coordinator will oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements across a large-scale electromechanical maintenance and Facility Management project, ensuring operations comply with applicable Qatar regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct QHSE inspections, audits, and site assessments.
• Monitor electromechanical maintenance activities for QHSE compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor corrective actions.
• Support incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Implement Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Risk Management procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections.
• Deliver QHSE training and awareness sessions.
• Monitor QHSE performance and project KPIs.
• Prepare audit, incident, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 31000, and applicable NFPA requirements.

Requirements

• Recognized Health & Safety / Safety Management qualification.
• NEBOSH Diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years' QHSE experience within similar-sized GCC projects, calculated from the date of obtaining NEBOSH certification.
• Minimum 2 years' Facility Management experience.
• Strong safety auditing, inspection, and incident-analysis experience.
• Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Multi-site project experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Arabic and English language capability required.
