We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner. Address inquiries, provide information, and assist customers with service requests.

Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze customer needs, provide effective solutions when necessary, schedule appropriate services, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate member of the management team.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer management system.

Dispatching: Efficiently dispatch vehicles and coordinate personnel to meet customer requests, considering factors such as location, urgency, and availability. Ensure personnel are properly routed to customer sites.

Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and door services in order to provide customers with accurate information and appropriate assistance.
