Oyster Hr, Inc is seeking a dedicated and articulate **Live Chat Representative** to join our dynamic customer support team. In this **Full-Time** role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving enquiries through our digital channels. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with outstanding communication skills who is passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience. This position is based in **North Carrollton, Mississippi, United States**.  
  
**Responsibilities**  
  
 

- Engage with customers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner via live chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise the customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant teams to improve our products and services.

**Qualifications**  
  
 

- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with live chat or digital communication.
- Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- A patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM systems.
- The ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
