# Guide Supervisor

### Job Summary

We are seeking experienced **Guide Supervisors** to lead and coordinate teams responsible for visitor guidance, customer assistance, crowd movement and operational support.

The position will supervise frontline personnel and ensure visitors receive clear, professional and consistent assistance.

### Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate assigned guides and frontline personnel.
- Allocate staff across designated locations and operational areas.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational instructions.
- Monitor attendance, appearance and performance.
- Ensure effective visitor guidance and crowd movement.
- Resolve visitor queries and escalate operational issues where necessary.
- Coordinate with Operations, Security, Traffic Control and HSE teams.
- Support emergency and evacuation arrangements.
- Prepare basic shift and incident reports.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.

### Candidate Requirements

- Previous **supervisory experience** within events, hospitality, customer service, security, facilities or large public venues.
- Strong team-management and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- **Arabic would be highly advantageous.**
- Ability to manage teams in busy, high-footfall environments.
- Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and operational schedules.
