As a WFH Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Support, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and be a part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering a world-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate responses

• Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and maintenance

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient client service

• Utilize various communication channels to effectively communicate with clients, including phone, email, and chat

• Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience

• Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Prior experience with remote work preferred

• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
