• Enter data into designated databases, systems, and spreadsheets
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data processed
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Data Processing Clerk or similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with data processing software and systems is a plus
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred
