<li>Follow company communication, privacy, and customer-service guidelines.</li>
<li>Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services when appropriate.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive, patient, and professional tone in all interactions.</li>
<li>Meet established customer service, response-time, and performance targets.</li>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>

<li>Previous experience in customer service, chat support, call center, or a similar role is an advantage.</li>
