This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary ranging from USD 35-55 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
