Job Summary:

We are looking for a WFH Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating financial data into our database accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position, and the candidate must have a suitable home office setup and reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update financial data into our database accurately and efficiently

• Verify accuracy and completeness of data before inputting into the system

• Perform regular data backups and maintain data integrity

• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues as they arise

• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role

• Proficient in data entry and management software

• Excellent typing skills and accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in relevant field preferred
