Zayani Motors, a leading company in Bahrain with a proven track record, is seeking a Warranty Administrator - Automotive to join our dynamic team. Our company is expanding and we are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join us in this journey. The ideal candidate should have experience in warranty administration and possess a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all vehicle warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner

• Review and approve warranty claims based on the manufacturer's guidelines

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims and resolutions

• Monitor warranty expenses and report on any discrepancies or trends

• Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper warranty procedures are followed

• Train and educate staff on warranty policies and procedures

• Resolve any conflicts or issues related to warranty claims

• Keep up-to-date with the latest warranty trends and regulations

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warranty procedures and regulations

• Prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance and improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warranty administration in the automotive industry

• Excellent knowledge of vehicle warranty policies and procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and standards

• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
