Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive – Corporate Services to support corporate clients and manage day-to-day client requirements in Qatar.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) environment and a good understanding of corporate services, company administration, client onboarding and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day requirements.

• Support QFC-related company registrations, licensing, renewals and amendments.

• Coordinate client onboarding and collection of required corporate and compliance documentation.

• Support KYC, AML and compliance-related documentation as required.

• Assist clients with corporate administration and ongoing company maintenance requirements.

• Coordinate with QFC and other relevant authorities and stakeholders.

• Track applications, renewals, approvals and outstanding client requirements.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.

• Respond to client enquiries and provide timely updates on applications and requests.

• Work closely with internal compliance, finance and administration teams.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in Corporate Services, Company Formation, Business Setup, Corporate Administration or a similar environment.

• Previous QFC experience is required.

• Good understanding of QFC processes, corporate documentation and client requirements.

• Experience managing or coordinating corporate client accounts.

• Familiarity with KYC/AML and compliance documentation is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and client-management skills.

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Currently based in Qatar or with relevant Qatar market experience preferred.
