Operations Manager – F&B

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an F&B business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in F&B operations, team management, cost control, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily F&B operations and ensure smooth business performance.

• Monitor sales, costs, profitability, and operational KPIs.

• Lead and manage F&B teams, including supervisors and outlet staff.

• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and brand standards.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance.

• Monitor inventory, purchasing, wastage, and food costs.

• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments.

• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Saudi regulations.

• Support new outlet openings, operational improvements, and business expansion.

• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.

• Experience managing multiple outlets or large F&B operations is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, inventory, and P&L.

• Proven experience in team leadership and staff development.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Good knowledge of the Saudi F&B market and regulations.

• English required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.
