Our customer is hiring for the following role:

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Bid & Tender Coordinator to support the preparation and coordination of tender submissions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Bid team and other departments to ensure proposals are well organised, compliant and submitted within deadlines.

This role would suit someone with some exposure to bids, tenders, proposals, contracts or commercial coordination who is looking to further develop within the bid function.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the preparation and coordination of bid and tender submissions.

· Review RFPs, RFQs and tender documents to understand submission requirements.

· Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance and operations teams to gather required information.

· Assist with the preparation and formatting of technical and commercial submissions.

· Ensure tender documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.

· Maintain bid trackers, templates, documentation and submission records.

· Monitor tender portals and support the identification of new opportunities.

· Assist with post-tender clarifications and follow-ups.

· Support the Senior Bid Coordinator and Bid team on larger submissions.

· Gradually take ownership of smaller bids and tenders.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.

· 2–4 years' experience in bids, tenders, proposals, contracts, commercial coordination or a similar role.

· Good understanding of tender documentation and coordination processes.

· Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

· Able to coordinate across multiple departments and work to tight deadlines.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

· Willingness to learn and develop within bids and tendering.

Preferred

· Previous exposure to engineering, construction, infrastructure, technical services or facilities management.

· Experience supporting technical and commercial proposals.

· GCC/Qatar experience is advantageous.
